What is the upload form used for?

It can be used by companies that receive many files through emails, for example publishing houses, prints etc. It can also be used by both companies and people who need to gather files from several people.

In what kind of web pages can I embed upload form?

It can be used in any website.

Is it possible to use this service if I do not have my own website?

Yes, you can create a public profile in Files.fm and implement upload form there.

Can I remove Files.fm brand in the free version of upload form?

No, is it not possible.

What are the limits of using free version?

Storage limit is 1GB and file size limit in a single upload is 100MB. Upload form’s layout and look cannot be changed as well.

Is it possible to create multiple upload forms for a single Files.fm account?

No, you can create only one upload form per account.

Is there a trial version available for upload form?

Yes, anyone who signs up for Business account trial on Files.fm, can use upload form for 14 days.

How can I choose the main language for my upload form?

You have to click on a flag you wish to be the main language, so it is highlighted.

Why can’t I save the configuration for my upload, although I have subscribed for Business account?

Upload form is an independent service, so it must be subscribed separately.

What to do when after adding an upload form plugin in WordPress, it is not displayed correctly?

First, check whether your current WordPress supports the plugin. Second, check whether you have downloaded, installed and activated the plugin correctly. Third, make sure a plugin’s shortcode is added correctly to your website. It must be displayed correctly, if you add it to post or while customizing page with administrator’s permission.
