Secondly, you have to download, setup and install the application on your computer. If you have already subscribed to Files.fm, you can you use Files.fm Sync for free and it is not necessary to create another account.

First, It can decrease the possibility of losing important data. Second, files can be shared with other employees. Third, you can grant different permissions for users with whom the folders are shared with.
Who can use Share option and how can I use it?
Share option is available for Business plan subscribers. Folders can be shared by logging in your Files.fm account and choosing folder you wish to share.
How can I choose which folders I wish to synchronize on my computer or my Files.fm account?
While logging in and setting up an account in the program, it is possible to choose which folders you wish to synchronize. It can be done by clicking on option Choose what to sync.
What to do if synchronization process is not starting?
